  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya, cuci bersih.
  2. Blender bumbu halus.
  3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, kemudian tumis bumbu halus, sereh, daun jeruk hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak.
  4. Setelah itu tambahkan garam, kaldu, lada, gula dan santan. Aduk sekali2 sampai santan mendidih.
  5. Masukkan daging, masak selama.4 jam sampai bumbu meresap dan empuk, sekali2 di aduk..
  6. Setelah kuah mengental, masukkan kacang merah yg telah di rebus setengah matang, aduk supaya tercampur rata. Tes rasa.
  7. Masak sampai bumbu mengering dan berminyak. Matikan kompor.
