  4. Kemudian masukkan daging yg sudah diiris iris..
  5. Biarkan hingga santan menyusut, masukkan air asam jawa yg sdh di saring..
  6. Sesekali aduk agar tdk gosong, matikan kompor setelah semua santan matang merata..
