  1. Rebus jengkol, dengan daun salam 5 ldmbar, daun jeruk 5 lembar, 3 lembar batang sereh, 2, saset teh celup, setelah empuk, angkat gemprek dan goreng.
  2. Cuci bersih daging dan potong daging sesuai ukuran yang di inginkan,.
  3. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih smpe harum, masukkan bumbu halus sampe harum, masukkan daun jeruk, daun slam, sereh, lengkuas, bunga lawang, kapulaga, kayu manis, masukkan daging dan jengkol yang telah di goreng aduk rata, sampe bumbu meresap masukkan santan kental, tambahkan kelapa sangrai, masak sampe kuah mengental.
  4. Makan dengan nasi panas dan bakwan jagung, mantaps.
