  7. You need 10 cm of Lengkuas (bagi 2, 5cm haluskan, 5cm lagi di geprek).

  10. It’s Sedikit of kunyit.
  11. You need of Cengkeh.
  12. It’s of Bahan C.
  13. Prepare of Daun salam.
  14. It’s of Daun kunyit.
  15. It’s of Serai.
  16. Prepare of Daun jeruk.
  17. Prepare of Kulit manis.
  18. It’s 1/4 kg of Cabe giling.
  19. Prepare of Bahan D.
  20. You need of Kelapa parut ½ kelapa kecil.

Rendang Daging (Randang Dagiang) step by step

  1. Sangrai bahan D hingga wangi/berwarna kecoklatan.
  2. Giling halus semua bahan B, cuci bersih daging, lalu lumuri semua bahan B ke daging, tambahkan cabe giling..
  3. Masukan semua bahan C, lengkuas geprek dan santan, masak dan terus aduk hingga mendidih,.
  4. Setelah mendidih masukan kelapa yg sudah disangrai tadi, masak hingga kuahnya menyusut, matangnya sesuai selera ya, mau rendang basah/kering.
  5. Rendang siap di sajikan 😁.
