Green Keema You can have Green Keema using 15 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Green Keema

  1. It’s 200 gram of Mutton keema.
  2. You need 3 tbsp of green chutney.
  3. It’s 3small of bay leaf.
  4. It’s 1 of black cardamom.
  5. You need 1 of cinnamon stick.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of dahi/curd.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  9. It’s 4 of spicy green chilli chopped.
  10. You need 2small of chopped onion.
  11. You need 1 of potato.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
  13. Prepare 1Pinch of coriander powder.
  14. Prepare 1Pinch of cumin powder.
  15. You need 1/4 cup of Oil.

Green Keema step by step

  1. Heat oil add chopped green chillies + whole garam masala and onion and saute till transculent..
  2. Mix dahi and green chutney very well and add to the onion add salt and saute for 3 to 4 mins..
  3. Then add Turmeric + cumin powder + black pepper powder + coriander powder and cook for 1 min then add washed keema and saute for 3 to 4 mins..
  4. Cut potatoes into thick pieces.Then add 1 & 1/2 cup of water and potato cover and cook untill all water gets dry and oil separates..
  5. Garnish with some chilli flakes and Serve with pav and lemon..
