Trailer Cells at Work Live Action Reveals with Main Cast and Visual

News, AntaraNews – The forthcoming Cells At Work live-action film has revealed the trailer and teaser image as well as the principal casting announcement. The film is scheduled to be released in Japan on December 20, 2024. Mei Nagano was cast as the Red Blood Cell, with Takeru Satoh starring for the White Blood cell. The two are visible in the video below.

Hideki Takeuchi directs the film. The script was created by Yuichi Tokunaga. The latest teaser image shows the main characters wearing their costume, and it is available here.

Trailer Cells at Work Live Action

Cells at Work is a Japanese manga created as illustrated Akane Shimizu. The series was published in Kodansha’s monthly Shonen Sirius journal between the beginning of January in 2015 through January 2021. It also has a spin-off manga Cells at Work! Code Black, which was released from the year 2018 until 2021.

The show received the anime version by David Production, with two seasons that ran from July 2018 until February 2021, with 21 episodes. It also features an animated film and 13 episodes of the animated adaption of Cells at Work! Code Black spin-off by studio LIDEN FILMS.
